How do you do that?
You mean, how someone can heal the past?
Yes.
With clear mind you have to go back to the events that happened in the past and resolve them emotionally once and forever. From my own experience, as humans we tend to repeat our lives following the karmic law. If this is not resolved, then can’t get out of our regression state in this lifetime. A better approach to this, it’s to regress your past life with a method that fits you better.

Accepting ourselves seems to be the last on our list when it should be the first.
It is OK to remember, but not to dwell…live in the present as it is a unique gift.
