Have you ever had this dream when you sit on the edge of the mountain and everything changes except you? As the clouds move faster, the sun is on a rush as the moon takes its place and the seasons are speeding up as if summer will last one minute and next thing you know the autumn is here. You are just an observer, you can do nothing else than going along with the flow. Or at least this is what you think. Now add on the scenery humans. Fragile peace, upcoming wars, starvation, thirst, pain, natural disasters are the things you see on that fast forward mode. You close your eyes. You don’t want to see more. You don’t want to feel more.
“There is nothing I can do”, you think and an echo of children’s voices “You can help yourself”. You shake your head in disbelief. “Do I want it?”, you ask yourself. “Are you scared?”, the children ask. “I don’t know you, stop talking!”, you exclaim. “We don’t know you either but we care. Do you care?”, they say as their voices fade in the wind. You start crying so much. It makes your whole body hurting but you don’t stop. You feel a nudge on your shoulder. ” Wake up”, you hear that female voice saying to you.
You feel so confused in your dream but one minute later you open your eyes. It’s your mom trying to wake you up. “Mom, I’m awake”, you tell her and she looks at you surprised. “What happened to you?”, she asks with a caring voice. “Mom, I want to change the world”, you say with tears in your eyes. “Then start by helping me to bring some food to that family across.”, she smiles at you widely. Now you know what she means. Don’t wait for the right moment. Be the one who will make the moment the right one. Start changing the world by being the Change. You are the Change!
Do you remember when you were a kid and most of the times you were smiling, laughing and being carefree? Do you remember how many times your parents told you when you starting growing up more that it’s time to get life seriously? Do you remember when something silly happened in the class, you giggled and then you got kicked out cos you shouldn’t do it? So many things to remember as you realize that your smiles used to be real. They came straight from your soul as all your body felt the happiness with a simple smile. You came to a point nowadays that you realized that many times you smile cos you have to. You don’t really mean it but it will solve many issues or even prevent a fight. Many nights you watch fun movies that make you cheer up and laugh. When the movie is done, the feeling of loneliness is harder. As the days go by, the daily routine sucks you up on black hole full of stress. You need that genuine smile back. You also need to realize how your body works when the smile comes straight from your soul.
When you have a genuine, a real moment of happiness then it will be reflected right away to your chakras as an expression to your soul. A full body experience that will give you an instant pleasure that can’t be compared to anything else. When you come to a point that you laugh cos someone said a joke and you feel like laughing cos either everyone else did or you don’t want the person feel bad, then here you have rationalizing laughter. This comes straight from your head chakra, your third eye as you need to find a reason to laugh. The more you are on a stressful environment or lifestyle, the more you will observe that the times you laugh will be less and less spontaneous and genuine. If you are wondering what you need to do to fix it, the answer is energy work. This can be accomplished through self expression and mindset of freedom. You may want to laugh on the silliest things, you may want to go on a playground when no one is around, just remember all the things you did as a kid and made you happy. Smile again, feel and be happy!
You dyed your hair to your favorite color and you go out with your best friend a couple hours later. When you ask her if she likes your hair, she gives you the look of fail. You are at work and a customer tells you that you should be fired for being so rude. After all you just want to stay home, sit on your bed and have your laptop ready for some online action. As you start networking, you get some very negative feedback. Are you doing something wrong? Why people are so judgmental? Is there anything you can do to make them stop? First of all keep in mind that it’s not your fault. As far as there is free will in this world, people will voice their opinions. You like it or not, you can’t avoid criticism but you can play it smart. If something affects you so bad, it means that it holds some truth. What does this mean? Let’s say that a random woman on a playground says how a bad mother you are cos you keep talking on the phone and paying no attention to your kid. Next thing you know, you are so mad at her that you start a fight.
Pretty much you acted like a wounded animal who just had its wound touched. This woman just said something that you feel it’s true. If it was completely false, you wouldn’t be annoyed at all. So instead of having this fight, ignore this woman, get your kid, go home and think. Think a lot. Are you really a bad mother? You are not but sometimes you feel like that cos you have no time for yourself. You can set your mindset in that way so you can solve the issue. Insecurities come out first as a defense mechanism when we are all being criticized. If you consider it as a bad thing, think that it was the only way to pay attention on the current issue. All this time you were avoiding it cos you felt bad. Time to work on criticism instead of shoving it away. Lessons in life are never easy but if they were, you wouldn’t pay that much attention!
