When opinions count more than you think

Today you went to the grocery store and these ladies gave you the look of death. They started whispering and giggling, as you passed by you heard them talking about the guy who keeps coming to your apartment. It’s funny how they say that you should get married and stop being promiscuous. The funnier thing is that they have no clue that it’s your brother. In the end, it’s none of their business, yet they would do anything today to see you frown and have sad face.

If you think a bit about it, their attitude shows that they are jealous of you. They wish they had that chance with a man who cares about them and makes them feel good.  Since they can’t have it, they are mad and when they see someone else happy, it’s when they try to do anything to see that happiness being broken into pieces. By keeping that in mind, you save your sanity for the day.

It happens everywhere, at home, at work, even with the social transportation. Someone will whisper something or they will stare at you cos they don’t like the way you look. If you feel offended and uncomfortable, it means that you don’t accept yourself for who you are and what you do. Don’t be afraid to be unique, don’t be afraid to be different. It’s your right and no one can take it away from you.

As for all these opinions, you have power to mute them in your mind. Don’t let them poison you. You know better what is good for you. Love yourself, be yourself, be happy and smile always!

Don’t be afraid to create your own Reality

“We are creators. As creations, we hold the divine imprints of the cosmos within ourselves.” Any changes show us that we are ready to disconnect from our reality and we are ready to jump to the next one. A reality within a new reality, the world we create. Your microcosm affected by your energies, the people around you as you create your own cosmic network. The dynamics of each change is up to you, reminding you the basic rule of this creation; free will. The possibilities are infinite so as you.

The last year you have this big issue with the landlord. You want to find a new apartment but you start thinking all the parameters of your moving out. How much is going to cost, your dog will change environment, you will spend a lot of time to make your space the way you want it, you even need more time to meet all these new people in your neighborhood. In the end you just think that the landlord may have some bad days and his attitude will change over time. The time goes by, you keep getting more excuses as you refuse to move out.

Changes by themselves are not scary. Our mindset creates this illusion field which contains the excuses. If you look behind them, you will see these weird shadows. These are the real deal, the fear why you don’t want to take the necessary decisions. In fact these fears merge together by creating a bigger fear; the paradox of the fear of the fear itself. If you admit this, then you have done the first step to push a bit forward.

When you will go to your new apartment, you will start creating again. It’s like when you destroy a spiderweb. The spider won’t quit but she will go to a new place and make her home again. If she can do it, you can do it to. If you need more inspiration, look around you. Read articles and watch videos about the animal kingdom. You know, we are not that far away from them. “What human history books say about animals is that they have co-existed with us for as long as we can document; we even see animals in ancient documents and old wall carvings. Yet we have not quite made the connection between the pair of us and them. The truth is that we are them; today, humanity is in a dislocated form.

Now you have a couple more reasons to see yourself as a creator. If you feel a bit hesitant, it’s cos of how technology has taken over humanity. This is how we slowly forgot that we can create, to use all the means we have as humans. Do you feel a bit more motivated now to move out? Do you feel doing a couple more changes in your life? Feel alive, feel stronger, don’t be afraid to create your own reality. You are more than you think you are and you can make small miracles everyday!

Very Important Person Gratitude (Or just more than one)

So after thinking a lot, you realized that you have a couple important people in your life who inspire, love you and believe in you. You may also find that one person who changed your life completely and you are so grateful. Positive strong energy is coming out from all these persons, you can’t feel otherwise than blessed in your life. I’m sure you have thought that all these people bring the best side out of you. Without them, you wouldn’t reach that far in life. Keep in mind that this is only one side of the coin. How about the other one?

Yes, I’m talking about the people who made you cry, who broke your heart, who made you think back then that life only brings pain. It’s just the past right? Yet again think how much influence these people had on you. The experience is the outcome of the pain and suffering. Therefore you are wiser. Therefore you can make better decisions now. You may think that you were a fool back then but look at you today. “I won’t make the same mistake again”, you say to people when they ask you for advice. When back then you thought that you are worthless, that you will only run after people for advice. Now look at you today.

You are the one who is giving advice to people with similar issues. It’s when you realize that maybe the most important person in your life was your worst enemy. How many times you closed your eyes and wished the worst for this person? Now how many times you are willing to thank them? Yes thank them as for forgiving them, it’s another story. It needs a lot of understanding and knowledge of the situation so as to forgive someone. If you just do it out of pity, then don’t even bother. Focus on the lesson you learned and move on!

 

Meditation – Nature and Photography

While you are browsing the web or blogs, you find many times photos that let you speechless and give you a specific feeling every time. You may feel calm, excited, intrigued, happy and even feel that your bad mood changes right away. You will have even better effects if you try to meditate on the photos. How? First of all pick nice relaxation or meditation music, a track that you feel it fits better with the photo you have in front of you. When the music starts playing, keep your eyes locked on the photo. See yourself inside that photo and start shifting your consciousness. Feel the ground, pick up of any smell or sound, see yourself completely connected. As you get more in tuned with yourself, start walking on that place and moving away. You may see a place that looks like it or not. Whatever you see, just don’t stop and don’t question. There is a reason why your vision has shifted like that. When you come to a point that you can’t see more or when your music stops, then write down all the details; feelings, things that you saw, emotions that came up and they were not supposed to be there (or at least that’s what you thought).

You can experiment with the same photo as many times as you want or pick a new one. Do you feel that there are any similarities on emotions or things you see or hear while you meditate? The more you keep notes, the more you discover a bit more about yourself. Don’t be surprised if suppressed memories or emotions pop up. What your conscious mind has block, your subconsciousness has them stored in a big database. It’s up to you on how much you want to access these files. On your computer, you can just send them to the recycle bin. On your subconsciousness, you can’t destroy or recycle them – you  just have to face them. Nature has her ways to help us with healing techniques, so when you are done with your meditation, you can just go out and enjoy the nature for more direct approach of your emotions!
