When opinions count more than you think

Today you went to the grocery store and these ladies gave you the look of death. They started whispering and giggling, as you passed by you heard them talking about the guy who keeps coming to your apartment. It’s funny how they say that you should get married and stop being promiscuous. The funnier thing is that they have no clue that it’s your brother. In the end, it’s none of their business, yet they would do anything today to see you frown and have sad face.

If you think a bit about it, their attitude shows that they are jealous of you. They wish they had that chance with a man who cares about them and makes them feel good.  Since they can’t have it, they are mad and when they see someone else happy, it’s when they try to do anything to see that happiness being broken into pieces. By keeping that in mind, you save your sanity for the day.

It happens everywhere, at home, at work, even with the social transportation. Someone will whisper something or they will stare at you cos they don’t like the way you look. If you feel offended and uncomfortable, it means that you don’t accept yourself for who you are and what you do. Don’t be afraid to be unique, don’t be afraid to be different. It’s your right and no one can take it away from you.

As for all these opinions, you have power to mute them in your mind. Don’t let them poison you. You know better what is good for you. Love yourself, be yourself, be happy and smile always!

Why you shouldn’t erase your past

You have the choice to erase one incident from your past, as though it never happened.  Someone gave you a big magical eraser and now you are excited that you will pick that hateful moment in your life and get rid of it once and forever. You don’t need to deal with the pain ever again neither with the avoidance nor with the guilt. That “someone” also told you that your life will change after this but you his words are like whispers in your ears. You wished all these years for this moment and now nothing can stop you. Go ahead and do it. 1…2…3…

With a huge smile and such a relief, you give the magic eraser back to that “someone”, you definitely thank them from the bottom of your heart and you are so excited cos your new life is ahead. You call your best friend to tell her how magic still exists, how you changed your past and how she can do it too if she wishes too hard. With a huge surprise you realize that she doesn’t recognize you on the phone. “Are you crazy? It’s me!”, you almost scream jumping off your chair. She hangs up and you are so frustrated. Maybe she just woke up and she didn’t recognize your voice. Now you go to hug your cat, you need some sort of comfort.

The jumps on you as she scratches your arm. “Ouch! What’s wrong with you!”, you scream at the cat as she scratches the door to get out of the apartment. Maybe she needs some air you think, you open the door, she leaves but she doesn’t come back. You start freaking out, something is so wrong and you feel it! You just decide to go out and take your car for a quick ride. Your car is not there! Immediately you call the police, they come outside your house and they start laughing at you. “Miss, you don’t own a car….”, they leave shaking their heads. What the heck happened? Maybe that “someone” remembers to tell you?

You beg in tear so as him to show up again. It doesn’t take much time as he does. Your voice almost broken cos of crying, you ask him what happened! “Well my dear”, he replies to you as he clears his throat, “you never heard what I told you before you erase that annoying past event. You grab him by the jacket and you demand more answers. “You erased that memory about this painful funeral. You met your best friend there for the first time. A couple years later you bought the cat together when you felt lonely. You asked her advice for the new car you wanted to buy. You changed the past with this simple move. It’s action and reaction, it’s the fundamental law of the universe. Live with the consequences now.”

He left you there hanging with your jaw dropping. You wanted to fix the past and you erased your future. “You have the choice to erase one incident from your past, as though it never happened.” Do you feel like doing it again now? It’s up to you now!

 

Don’t let stress take your smile away

Do you remember when you were a kid and most of the times you were smiling, laughing and being carefree? Do you remember how many times your parents told you when you starting growing up more that it’s time to get life seriously? Do you remember when something silly happened in the class, you giggled and then you got kicked out cos you shouldn’t do it? So many things to remember as you realize that your smiles used to be real. They came straight from your soul as all your body felt the happiness with a simple smile. You came to a point nowadays that you realized that many times you smile cos you have to. You don’t really mean it but it will solve many issues or even prevent a fight. Many nights you watch fun movies that make you cheer up and laugh. When the movie is done, the feeling of loneliness is harder. As the days go by, the daily routine sucks you up on black hole full of stress. You need that genuine smile back. You also need to realize how your body works when the smile comes straight from your soul.

When you have a genuine, a real moment of happiness then it will be reflected right away to your chakras  as an expression to your soul. A full body experience that will give you an instant pleasure that can’t be compared to anything else. When you come to a point that you laugh cos someone said a joke and you feel like laughing cos either everyone else did or you don’t want the person feel bad, then here you have rationalizing laughter. This comes straight from your head chakra, your third eye as you need to find a reason to laugh. The more you are on a stressful environment or lifestyle, the more you will observe that the times you laugh will be less and less spontaneous and genuine. If you are wondering what you need to do to fix it, the answer is energy work. This can be accomplished through self expression and mindset of freedom. You may want to laugh on the silliest things, you may want to go on a playground when no one is around, just remember all the things you did as a kid and made you happy. Smile again, feel and be happy!

Blooming Heart on Spring

Spring is here as you expected it so much during winter. You feel your head a bit lighter, your heart ready to fly away to the blooming fields, you can’t wait to smell the dazzling smell of the flowers . The sadness of the winter is ready to go, at least how you feel as you want to do major changes along with the spring mood. You feel you are ready to forgive more, to be a little more sensitive than usual like a playful fairy. With a big smile on your face, you call one of your friends, you haven’t talked to her for some time. You ask her if she wants to hang around with you. Next thing you know, she’s asking you for favors. This is how you will prove to her that you are still friends. You frown a bit but you guess it’s fine to do these little favors for her. Days later, you can’t ignore your feelings, how annoyed you are. How can people do that? Maybe you should think twice about the people you are about to approach again. Remember what happened between you two. Why you stopped talking, why you had a fight, why you started keeping your distances.

Some people say that it’s hard for someone to change and if yes, it’s only for some time. The truth is that some people are willing to change and some just want to stay stuck to their physical and emotional routine. Remember that not everyone is on the same page with you. Maybe you are ready for these changes but not everyone around you is. You have felt many time this; to shake someone till they wake up. Yet again don’t forget that some of the people around you, they just want to keep “sleeping”. It’s their right, it’s free will. You are hurt but you have to make your choices. Changes many times hurt cos we leave people behind. It always was like that and it will always be. Instead of trying to pull them with you, show them how things change for you with your own behavior. Let your inner beautiful tree flourish and let the scent have an effect on people around you. Some will run away cos it will be too strong to handle. A Smile and a Kiss

It’s morning and you rush for your work, you get in the train and the only thing you see it’s troubled faces, skeptical people and the stressful energies make the air hard to breathe in there. You lower your eyes, shielding yourself with positive energy as you focus on yourself and only. A baby girl starts giggling when her mom tickles them but you see a bunch people raising their heads checking the girl. You can clearly tell that they are so annoyed and an old guy tells the girl to shush. Later on you arrive at work, stressed people there too, you start wondering why no one is smiling. Do people not smile anymore? Is everyone so unhappy? More and more questions pop up, you just shrug and you go back at work.

People forget that happiness won’t just wait for them on the corner. They need though some push to remember that life isn’t only about sadness and suffering. Set the example starting from that train, next time you get in smile to the person who will give you the dirty look cos your energies are positive. Pass the newspaper that you just read to the next person, give them a tissue when they sneeze, just something small that they will make them smile. Blow a kiss to the cute guy who kept staring at you before you leave the train, you will definitely make his day. It doesn’t take much to make someone smile but it takes a bit more to work on happiness!

How simple things in life can bring Happiness.

It’s amazing how nature can be simple yet complicated but beautiful at the same time. The leaves from the trees, the snow on the top of the mountain, how these amazing images can make you smile. When you wake up in the morning and you open the curtains as you see the sunshine. When you get your hair on a simple ponytail, how your face looks so beautiful. When you wear your favorite jeans and a simple white T-shirt, you feel carefree and happy at the same time. Life may be a strive but those simple moments can make it more worthy. You usually don’t pay attention to them but they are there. Do you want to reevaluate these moments and actually see what really makes you happy?

Change all these simple daily things for a week. Don’t drink your morning tea with homemade cookies, don’t call your mom to tell her I love you, don’t do your afternoon walk next to the sea. Instead of that, this week try to have more complicated activities, go for paintball or redecorate your house. Next week go back to your simple favorite activities. Can you see the difference? Can you feel the difference? Now you know how to appreciate these moments, how the make you genuinely smile. Enjoy and be grateful!
