Déjà Vu, Cellular Memory and Reoccuring Dreams

It’s a rainy morning but you have promised to your friend that you will meet him to the cafeteria. While you are getting dressed, you remember that strange dream you had last night. Actually the last months, it keeps repeating itself and the fear that it will come back makes you feel uneasy. You quickly ignore this thought as you take the train and you meet your friend half an hour later. “Your eyes are more sparkly than the stars today. I really missed you”, as he hugs you tight and you say both at the same time ” I missed you more than yesterday.” You both freeze and you stare at each other.

Déjà Vu“, you both say again as an awkward smile on your faces shows up. When you go back home, you are still confused on what happened as flashes from your dream keep coming back. “The further progression of human lifetimes that coexisted on planet Earth was known as reincarnation. It allowed for any given genetic race to live again in a different place and time on Earth; the cycles between soul and body in these processes were and still are governed by the Earth realms known as the Heavens and the Underworld; these realms are where life contracts from the Akashic Records are regulated, recreated, and transformed. With a life contract, a soul can reincarnate in a living consciousness field much like planet Earth in ways that align with the relief of lingering karma.”

Déjà Vu and dreams are the stored information on your cellular memory. When an event – usually traumatic – or intense emotions take place in your life, then you start getting all these memory flashbacks. The more you try to ignore them, the more they will manifest in your dreams. This is one of reasons why people have insomnia. The fear that you will have these intense dreams is getting more real. The fact though that you are scared of them it means that your body is reacting on something that remembers it got harmed by it. It’s like when you had an accident with a bike when you were a kid. Next time you ride a bike, you will have that annoying feeling but usually memories like that, especially the painful ones, are being stored in your memory so as to be difficult to get extracted.

This is how your body reacts especially when karmic issues are up on the surface. Past life regression on a conscious level which will let you revive and remember fully what happened, it’s very important for your emotional health. Meditation techniques also that help your body relax completely and help you remember your past lives is another way to approach this issue. Is your Sadness lately your best friend? Just talk to her.

In the beginning you had hard time to admit it that you are sad most of the day. It started with a lot of stress and then that feeling that everything is going plain wrong in your life. You know many people around you being on the same page as you but you never thought that you would  never thought that you had to deal with this too. Your big question is “Now what?” along with all the negative mindset of this situation. Many times you cry so much at night till you can’t breathe.It feels bad but at the same time addictive.

When a friend calls you to tell you some good news about her life, you find a quick excuse to avoid her. You shake your head as with disgust you hang up. Happiness sounds so bad as an idea, right? Then you start crying, you feel the pain released again and you are stuck in this situation for days, sometimes for months. You come to a point that you need a solution and fast. Otherwise you feel that you will lose your mind.

Try an easy approach to start dealing with the issue. Meditate and visualize Sadness as a young person who looks like you. Face her, talk to her, ask her questions. Don’t question the conversation, just let it flow. When you are done, be proud of yourself. You just made a huge step to face yourself and your issue. Keep working on that meditation exercise till she fades away. It may take you days to fix it but don’t give up. Always keep notes after the conversation you had with that part of yourself. Now see how much progress you have done!

Why you shouldn’t erase your past

You have the choice to erase one incident from your past, as though it never happened.  Someone gave you a big magical eraser and now you are excited that you will pick that hateful moment in your life and get rid of it once and forever. You don’t need to deal with the pain ever again neither with the avoidance nor with the guilt. That “someone” also told you that your life will change after this but you his words are like whispers in your ears. You wished all these years for this moment and now nothing can stop you. Go ahead and do it. 1…2…3…

With a huge smile and such a relief, you give the magic eraser back to that “someone”, you definitely thank them from the bottom of your heart and you are so excited cos your new life is ahead. You call your best friend to tell her how magic still exists, how you changed your past and how she can do it too if she wishes too hard. With a huge surprise you realize that she doesn’t recognize you on the phone. “Are you crazy? It’s me!”, you almost scream jumping off your chair. She hangs up and you are so frustrated. Maybe she just woke up and she didn’t recognize your voice. Now you go to hug your cat, you need some sort of comfort.

The jumps on you as she scratches your arm. “Ouch! What’s wrong with you!”, you scream at the cat as she scratches the door to get out of the apartment. Maybe she needs some air you think, you open the door, she leaves but she doesn’t come back. You start freaking out, something is so wrong and you feel it! You just decide to go out and take your car for a quick ride. Your car is not there! Immediately you call the police, they come outside your house and they start laughing at you. “Miss, you don’t own a car….”, they leave shaking their heads. What the heck happened? Maybe that “someone” remembers to tell you?

You beg in tear so as him to show up again. It doesn’t take much time as he does. Your voice almost broken cos of crying, you ask him what happened! “Well my dear”, he replies to you as he clears his throat, “you never heard what I told you before you erase that annoying past event. You grab him by the jacket and you demand more answers. “You erased that memory about this painful funeral. You met your best friend there for the first time. A couple years later you bought the cat together when you felt lonely. You asked her advice for the new car you wanted to buy. You changed the past with this simple move. It’s action and reaction, it’s the fundamental law of the universe. Live with the consequences now.”

He left you there hanging with your jaw dropping. You wanted to fix the past and you erased your future. “You have the choice to erase one incident from your past, as though it never happened.” Do you feel like doing it again now? It’s up to you now!

 

Stop Waiting and Start Changing

Have you ever had this dream when you sit on the edge of the mountain and everything changes except you? As the clouds move faster, the sun is on a rush as the moon takes its place and the seasons are speeding up as if summer will last one minute and next thing you know the autumn is here. You are just an observer, you can do nothing else than going along with the flow. Or at least this is what you think. Now add on the scenery humans. Fragile peace, upcoming wars, starvation, thirst, pain, natural disasters are the things you see on that fast forward mode. You close your eyes. You don’t want to see more. You don’t want to feel more.

“There is nothing I can do”, you think and an echo of children’s voices “You can help yourself”. You shake your head in disbelief. “Do I want it?”, you ask yourself. “Are you scared?”, the children ask. “I don’t know you, stop talking!”, you exclaim. “We don’t know you either but we care. Do you care?”, they say as their voices fade in the wind. You start crying so much. It  makes your whole body hurting but you don’t stop. You feel a nudge on your shoulder. ” Wake up”, you hear that female voice saying to you.

You feel so confused in your dream but one minute later you open your eyes. It’s your mom trying to wake you up. “Mom, I’m awake”, you tell her and she looks at you surprised. “What happened to you?”, she asks with a caring voice. “Mom, I want to change the world”, you say with tears in your eyes. “Then start by helping me to bring some food to that family across.”, she smiles at you widely. Now you know what she means. Don’t wait for the right moment. Be the one who will make the moment the right one. Start changing the world by being the Change. You are the Change!

Very Important Person Gratitude (Or just more than one)

So after thinking a lot, you realized that you have a couple important people in your life who inspire, love you and believe in you. You may also find that one person who changed your life completely and you are so grateful. Positive strong energy is coming out from all these persons, you can’t feel otherwise than blessed in your life. I’m sure you have thought that all these people bring the best side out of you. Without them, you wouldn’t reach that far in life. Keep in mind that this is only one side of the coin. How about the other one?

Yes, I’m talking about the people who made you cry, who broke your heart, who made you think back then that life only brings pain. It’s just the past right? Yet again think how much influence these people had on you. The experience is the outcome of the pain and suffering. Therefore you are wiser. Therefore you can make better decisions now. You may think that you were a fool back then but look at you today. “I won’t make the same mistake again”, you say to people when they ask you for advice. When back then you thought that you are worthless, that you will only run after people for advice. Now look at you today.

You are the one who is giving advice to people with similar issues. It’s when you realize that maybe the most important person in your life was your worst enemy. How many times you closed your eyes and wished the worst for this person? Now how many times you are willing to thank them? Yes thank them as for forgiving them, it’s another story. It needs a lot of understanding and knowledge of the situation so as to forgive someone. If you just do it out of pity, then don’t even bother. Focus on the lesson you learned and move on!
