Have you ever felt that life will bring all the “bad” things in one day? When you go at work, you have a fight with a coworker and you feel guilty. You are driving back home as your cell phone rings; it’s your dad and he wants you to have dinner with the family on weekend. You just refuse by finding an excuse and again you feel guilty. Before you sleep, all these thoughts are in your head as you keep rolling all over. All these images, the conversations you had, the excuses, the guilt and the biggest question of all “What if I told them otherwise? Did I make the wrong decision?”. Write your thoughts down and actually see how many times you had to use excuses. Do you feel that you are doing the wrong thing or that you are around the wrong people? This pretty much would explain why you are not on the same level of frequencies and why you try to bridge the gap by using all these excuses. You feel bad cos you suppress your needs and if you don’t, you feel guilty again towards yourself.
Human relationships are hard but yet again above all it’s the self respect. If you made a specific decision, it means that at that time it was the best for you. There is no point to analyze the situation too much. You will definitely realize that from every aspect you will feel guilty. Now you may wonder if there is anything to do so as to fix it. How you will stop regretting about most of the things you do? Be real. Be yourself. Get in touch with the knowledge within. If you feel that you made a bad decision, before you start blaming yourself or everyone else, ask yourself why you did. One sentence or one word will be enough to define it. Know your motives and make the necessary changes. Reach out to the people who want to be around you. You will feel who is the right one for you. If you feel yourself and that you don’t need to pretend or find excuses, then it’s when you know that the friend with similar mindset will give you her hand and walk with you!
Valentine’s day, you love it or hate it but still you are being affected every year. Today wear your blue, activate your throat chakra and bring some truth about the love in your life. As the heart and throat chakra are next to each other, they are always affected by each others energies by many ways. Though many times consciously we all try to separate them cos the truth may hurt not only us but the others around us. So now honestly ask yourself what loves means to you. Is it all the fancy things in a relationship, is it a simple hug or just being around friends till you find the right guy for you? Or there are not right guys but only relationships we can work with people we love? Let all the society standards out of your thoughts and focus on your heart and throat, making sure that only truth comes out. If you notice emotional blockages manifesting into physical pain, such as heart pain or throat hurting, then you know that you are on the right path. Don’t stop and keep releasing everything, I’m sure you have heard how people say that truth sets you free. This is actually so true.
Make sure that the two chakras keep working together and if your heart is ready to retreat, connect them back. Many times we keep secrets in our heart that we are not even ready to admit it to ourselves. Secrets means guilt and guilt means nonacceptance. If you don’t accept your emotions, how do you except the other people to do so? There is that guy and you keep thinking about him 24/7, you know that after all this time what you feel is love, you spend so much time together, you are so close and so on. You will never tell him but instead you want him to talk to you. Then you realize that you are both locked in a friend-zone. If you don’t want to “suffer” anymore by all these thoughts, open your throat chakra, open your heart and be truthful. What you have to lose in the end? You have lost already yourself in this situation!
You wake up in the morning, getting your breakfast and at the same time checking your blog. It gives you the power to express yourself in a way you never thought before. The way you can think many times out of the box, the way you can voice your opinion, it makes you feel that you take the world in your hands. Have you ever thought how free your mind is? Have you pushed the limits of yourself yet? It won’t happen from one day to the other but you may feel to some point that there are borders. It’s when you start questioning what happens if you take down the walls of your mind. You are wondering what if there something you don’t want to touch beyond that. Play some beautiful meditation music, close your eyes and see yourself surrounded by these huge walls. You are in your mind and it’s your reality for now. Inhale deep, hold your breath for 1 min and exhale. Now see a big door on the wall. Open it and whatever you see in front of you, just accept it. Close the door, open your eyes and write down what you saw. Do it daily by keeping a journal on what is happening on the other side of the wall. You will start feeling the difference of your mindset everyday. A small taste of a new world out there. It will be the time when you are ready to break down these walls. It’s when you realize that you stop being normal but get out of the loop of this reality. It feels tempting, right?
