Is your Sadness lately your best friend? Just talk to her.

In the beginning you had hard time to admit it that you are sad most of the day. It started with a lot of stress and then that feeling that everything is going plain wrong in your life. You know many people around you being on the same page as you but you never thought that you would  never thought that you had to deal with this too. Your big question is “Now what?” along with all the negative mindset of this situation. Many times you cry so much at night till you can’t breathe.It feels bad but at the same time addictive.

When a friend calls you to tell you some good news about her life, you find a quick excuse to avoid her. You shake your head as with disgust you hang up. Happiness sounds so bad as an idea, right? Then you start crying, you feel the pain released again and you are stuck in this situation for days, sometimes for months. You come to a point that you need a solution and fast. Otherwise you feel that you will lose your mind.

Try an easy approach to start dealing with the issue. Meditate and visualize Sadness as a young person who looks like you. Face her, talk to her, ask her questions. Don’t question the conversation, just let it flow. When you are done, be proud of yourself. You just made a huge step to face yourself and your issue. Keep working on that meditation exercise till she fades away. It may take you days to fix it but don’t give up. Always keep notes after the conversation you had with that part of yourself. Now see how much progress you have done!

Don’t let stress take your smile away

Do you remember when you were a kid and most of the times you were smiling, laughing and being carefree? Do you remember how many times your parents told you when you starting growing up more that it’s time to get life seriously? Do you remember when something silly happened in the class, you giggled and then you got kicked out cos you shouldn’t do it? So many things to remember as you realize that your smiles used to be real. They came straight from your soul as all your body felt the happiness with a simple smile. You came to a point nowadays that you realized that many times you smile cos you have to. You don’t really mean it but it will solve many issues or even prevent a fight. Many nights you watch fun movies that make you cheer up and laugh. When the movie is done, the feeling of loneliness is harder. As the days go by, the daily routine sucks you up on black hole full of stress. You need that genuine smile back. You also need to realize how your body works when the smile comes straight from your soul.

When you have a genuine, a real moment of happiness then it will be reflected right away to your chakras  as an expression to your soul. A full body experience that will give you an instant pleasure that can’t be compared to anything else. When you come to a point that you laugh cos someone said a joke and you feel like laughing cos either everyone else did or you don’t want the person feel bad, then here you have rationalizing laughter. This comes straight from your head chakra, your third eye as you need to find a reason to laugh. The more you are on a stressful environment or lifestyle, the more you will observe that the times you laugh will be less and less spontaneous and genuine. If you are wondering what you need to do to fix it, the answer is energy work. This can be accomplished through self expression and mindset of freedom. You may want to laugh on the silliest things, you may want to go on a playground when no one is around, just remember all the things you did as a kid and made you happy. Smile again, feel and be happy!

Jump off the Dream Cliff

Last night you had one more time that intense dream about jumping off a huge cliff. You kept falling and falling and falling… Before you crash on the ground you got up. Have you noticed that usually these dreams show up when you are under big pressure? Your dream stops to the point before you crash cos you have to decide what you really want to do with your life. Do you want to jump and set yourself free? Do you want to jump and crash on the ground once and forever? Before you take breakfast, give yourself 10 minutes. These are the crucial minutes when you still have a vivid memory of your dream. Meditate and set yourself back in the dream. Now jump again and see yourself falling. Feel the tension, the fear, the overwhelming but remember that you are the one who can stop it anytime. Now see yourself landing on the ground without a single scratch. You survived under the pressure. You tamed that fear from your subconsciousness.

You grab your jacket fast as you rush to your work. Your boss is waiting for you on the door as you are late this time. He gives you the look of failure. You give him the look of falling into nothingness. He’s confused cos he doesn’t know if he made you be scared of him or if you broke off his pressure. As you sit on your chair in front of your desk, write on a paper “Freedom”. These little moments can set you fee. When you can take control of situations like these, nothing can take you down. You are more powerful than you think. Everything is in your mind, mind over matter as most people say. You know it’s true. You feel it’s true. Enjoy your new reality. The reality you made and you will make everyday. A spirit can never be tamed unless it’s his will. It’s up to you what you want to do with your life. Free will. Your choice. Enjoy and manifest it!

Travel in your mind or in your heart?

How many times have you wished that you could leave everything behind, grab the first plane and go to another country? It’s the lonely nights after a stressful day, after a confusing relationship or it’s just a challenge for you to see how you can change your life after all. You wish you had the strength to say some things but again you feel something making your throat closing. So you just avoid it for the time being. As you lay on the bed, you keep daydreaming, thinking of all these places you could visit or just your favorite destination. The culture, the new people, maybe a new flirt over there and away from all these people whom you don’t like. Leaving all the problems behind as you keep visualizing more vividly this ticket in your hand.

How about trying to use your heart instead of your mind while you see yourself leaving your city? What do you feel? How others will be effected by that? Do you care? Are you scared? Try to set up the scene again. You at the airport holding your ticket tight in your hand, some moments before you get in the plane. Your heart is racing but this time is different. You are not alone. The emotions lead you to a different mindset. Eventually you will have to face everyone now. Remember that you play safe though, it’s just in your mind. If you are 5% hurt for example, now think what it will happen if you do this for real. Maybe you are not sure what it’s gonna happen but at least you have an idea what might happen. There are people out there who really care about you, before you make such a decision. Keep that in mind, yes?

Priority Check List

Your daily life is so stressful that it makes you forget which are your real priorities. When you open your agenda, there are so many appointments, needless to say that you have to meet your best friend too. It doesn’t take much time to feel your stress level getting even higher as your frustration is obvious. The only thing you need is to calm down, drink some water, play some relaxing music and if you feel a bit better, meditate. Don’t you think that it’s time to revise your priorities? Everything seems important but it’s not if think about it. How shopping for clothes is as important as a business meeting? A priority list is essential and before you start deciding which days you want to do specific things, just decide with clear mind which things should be important right now in your life.

Use red pen for the extremely important and green for the less important ones. When the list is done,  it’s when you can start distributing the priorities to the days of the week. You can work on that daily, weekly or monthly according to your needs. What you will notice and it’s very important, is that you will have less stress but most important, you can find time for yourself now. When it was the last time you enjoyed bubble bath with relaxing music, candles and your favorite drink without having to jump out in half an hour cos you have something important to do? Whatever you do, keep in mind that are more important than anything else!

A Smile and a Kiss

It’s morning and you rush for your work, you get in the train and the only thing you see it’s troubled faces, skeptical people and the stressful energies make the air hard to breathe in there. You lower your eyes, shielding yourself with positive energy as you focus on yourself and only. A baby girl starts giggling when her mom tickles them but you see a bunch people raising their heads checking the girl. You can clearly tell that they are so annoyed and an old guy tells the girl to shush. Later on you arrive at work, stressed people there too, you start wondering why no one is smiling. Do people not smile anymore? Is everyone so unhappy? More and more questions pop up, you just shrug and you go back at work.

People forget that happiness won’t just wait for them on the corner. They need though some push to remember that life isn’t only about sadness and suffering. Set the example starting from that train, next time you get in smile to the person who will give you the dirty look cos your energies are positive. Pass the newspaper that you just read to the next person, give them a tissue when they sneeze, just something small that they will make them smile. Blow a kiss to the cute guy who kept staring at you before you leave the train, you will definitely make his day. It doesn’t take much to make someone smile but it takes a bit more to work on happiness!
