Best Moment Award 2 – Thank You !

I’m so honored that I got nominated by http://jennyebermann.com/ for the Best Moment Award for my Feather Inspiration . It’s the second time I receive this award, I humbly accept it and I hope my words will touch more people’s hearts. As for the advice from the Feather Inspiration, I usually do it on a daily basis to prevent the “doing nothing” feeling. Energy work can make someone more tired, especially when I interact with so many people everyday. I’m so glad that most of you found it so helpful.

As for Jenny who nominated me, she wrote something very thoughtful on her post which I really like it and I want to share it with you all. “For me writing about mindful leadership and intercultural communication, being a humble ‘beginner’ on the path of awakening and meditation, it felt like a milestone to have received this award. Liebster Award and a couple more Celebrations!

Happy Women’s Day! For me this day represents the female energies in general, the divine feminine. Since our world is based on duality, we all do have male and female energies in our body although many people prefer to suppress one side. Embrace your feminine side, feel how it is to be a mother and a warrior at the same time, all these qualities that make you powerful and soft too. The most important of all is to be the woman you need, the mother of yourself and by using that understanding, spread your wings and fly.

Another wonderful thing that happened yesterday and gave me and my husband a big smile is that Psychic Nest on Facebook hit the 1000 fans. The page was created on November 6th with much love and care from both of us, a big step to share with the world our knowledge but learn at the same time through the experience. Being teachers and students of the universe, we are both thankful for the love and support coming from you all. This week we will host a contest which will have 2 winners for a basic reading each. Don’t forget that for all our new fans we offer free introductory auric / energy reading and past life reading. Stay tuned!

Today also I’m very happy to accept for the first time the Liebster award from a wonderful lady and blogger, the Hurt Healer . Her posts are powerful and always deliver a positive message to the reader. I’m glad that I found her blog a long time ago, it’s always my pleasure to read her wonderful posts. One of my favorite ones is “Alone doesn’t have to mean lonely.” which I’m sure that many will find it uplifting especially if loneliness is knocking your door. The Liebster Award has the following rules:

My random facts are:

1) I love eating my strawberries raw, without sugar or in a fruit salad.

2) I do believe that dreams is an alternate reality, a playground in where we can experiment with life or remember past events.

3) Many times I stare at the sky, hoping to see a shooting star and make a wish.

4) I can’t sleep when the door of my room is open.

5) In the past I used to be afraid of the dark, I had a hard time sleeping at night.

6) One of my favorite things is to help friends with clothing and make-up.

7) When I buy gifts, it’s usually for other and not me. The smile on their face is my reward and so priceless.

8) I can talk on the phone, cook and check my e-mails at the same time, I love multitasking.

9) In the past I was afraid to lose a friend, now if someone has to go, I know that it was meant to happen.

10) I prefer small apartments than big houses.

11) When an issue pops up, I make sure that I solve it right away.

1. Who inspires you? – My inspiration comes from the bloggers I’m following already and the fans of the Psychic Nest .

2. Who is the most important person in your life? – My husband, since I met him, he changed my whole life, especially on a spiritual level.

3. What is your greatest achievement? – When I help people everyday, I already consider it as my biggest award and achievement at the same time.

4. What do you dream of? – The time when the true reality will be unveiled, the one that it’s being hidden in plain sight by the government and the elite.

5. What makes you smile? – The beauty of the nature always give me a big smile.

 6. What would you change about you? – My impatience, especially when I wish all the changes within and in the world would happen in one day.

7. How do you think others see you? – Many times they feel uncomfortable cos they feel that I can see through their souls as if I mirror them. At the same time I believe that they feel that a friend is always there for them.

8. What advice would you give to your teenage self? – Never let other people’s opinion on your issues. You do know better how and when to solve them.

8. How do you relax?  – I drink ginger tea and then I meditate under the sounds of epic music.

9. Where do you think you will be this time next year? – Life is unpredictable, I can’t say for sure where or how I will be. I like surprises.

Friday Award Time – Thank You !!!

Ute Smile  actually gave me a big smile by giving me the Very Inspiring Blogger Award and I’m really thankful for that! It’s the second time I get this award, I’m so honored! I really want to reach out to as many people as I can, to inspire them and give them a little boost in their lives. Going back to my life, I remember that I fell so many times but when I got up, I realized I was alone. I wished there was a hand to pull me. Not to save me, just pull me out of the dirt and teach me how to work out my issues. Every time I fell, I felt that it was the last time and the worst. What doesn’t kill you make you stronger, right? It got proved right in my case. Now I’m here to share out my experience with you but through your own eyes. Thank you again all of you for your love and support!

Meditation – Nature and Photography

While you are browsing the web or blogs, you find many times photos that let you speechless and give you a specific feeling every time. You may feel calm, excited, intrigued, happy and even feel that your bad mood changes right away. You will have even better effects if you try to meditate on the photos. How? First of all pick nice relaxation or meditation music, a track that you feel it fits better with the photo you have in front of you. When the music starts playing, keep your eyes locked on the photo. See yourself inside that photo and start shifting your consciousness. Feel the ground, pick up of any smell or sound, see yourself completely connected. As you get more in tuned with yourself, start walking on that place and moving away. You may see a place that looks like it or not. Whatever you see, just don’t stop and don’t question. There is a reason why your vision has shifted like that. When you come to a point that you can’t see more or when your music stops, then write down all the details; feelings, things that you saw, emotions that came up and they were not supposed to be there (or at least that’s what you thought).

You can experiment with the same photo as many times as you want or pick a new one. Do you feel that there are any similarities on emotions or things you see or hear while you meditate? The more you keep notes, the more you discover a bit more about yourself. Don’t be surprised if suppressed memories or emotions pop up. What your conscious mind has block, your subconsciousness has them stored in a big database. It’s up to you on how much you want to access these files. On your computer, you can just send them to the recycle bin. On your subconsciousness, you can’t destroy or recycle them – you  just have to face them. Nature has her ways to help us with healing techniques, so when you are done with your meditation, you can just go out and enjoy the nature for more direct approach of your emotions!

As it concerns my blog, it’s one month and 18 days old, I actually started on 21st December on a very interesting energetically day. Free your Mind, free your Soul

You wake up in the morning, getting your breakfast and at the same time checking your blog. It gives you the power to express yourself  in a way you never thought before. The way you can think many times out of the box, the way you can voice your opinion, it makes you feel that you take the world in your hands. Have you ever thought how free your mind is? Have you pushed the limits of yourself yet? It won’t happen from one day to the other but you may feel to some point that there are borders. It’s when you start questioning what happens if you take down the walls of your mind. You are wondering what if there something you don’t want to touch beyond that. So many questions and one big decision. It’s a big challenge and you need to overcome your fears to go past it.

Play some beautiful meditation music, close your eyes and see yourself surrounded by these huge walls. You are in your mind and it’s your reality for now. Inhale deep, hold your breath for 1 min and exhale. Now see a big door on the wall. Open it and whatever you see in front of you, just accept it. Close the door, open your eyes and write down what you saw. Do it daily by keeping a journal on what is happening on the other side of the wall. You will start feeling the difference of your mindset everyday. A small taste of a new world out there. It will be the time when you are ready to break down these walls. It’s when you realize that you stop being normal but get out of the loop of this reality. It feels tempting, right?

 

Nature Consciousness – Do you remember?

This  morning while I was reading the news, I stumbled upon articles about recycling, nature but something didn’t sound right to me. So I decided to read one of the articles more carefully, the words that kept popping were “have to”, “must” “should” so right away I felt obliged. Really? If me, you and everyone cares about the nature, is it out of obligation or out of love? It’s not about being aware of the global problems, it’s not about the solutions either since eventually something has to be done so as this planet will be safe. It’s about how all this  is our consciousness already and we have to remember. It’s our duty to take care this planet but out of love. Then fear mongering starts as how earth is about to fall apart and how we all have to protect it. So till now, solar plexus and root chakra are involved. Where is the heart chakra?

Where is the compassion? Where is the love? Where is the caring nature of humans? Do you remember how it is to be one the animals, with the trees, with the oceans? If you close your eyes, can you feel earth’s frequencies? You were never in the position to decide if you had to be an earth guardian. It was the same as when you were eating and sleeping. When you start considering something natural an obligation, it’s when you know that you start breaking off its consciousness. I won’t get in the blame game, who’s fault is it. I will hold your hand and walk with you barefoot in the forest. I will sit next to you while listening to the ocean’s waves. I love you, do you?
