Have you ever had this dream when you sit on the edge of the mountain and everything changes except you? As the clouds move faster, the sun is on a rush as the moon takes its place and the seasons are speeding up as if summer will last one minute and next thing you know the autumn is here. You are just an observer, you can do nothing else than going along with the flow. Or at least this is what you think. Now add on the scenery humans. Fragile peace, upcoming wars, starvation, thirst, pain, natural disasters are the things you see on that fast forward mode. You close your eyes. You don’t want to see more. You don’t want to feel more.
“There is nothing I can do”, you think and an echo of children’s voices “You can help yourself”. You shake your head in disbelief. “Do I want it?”, you ask yourself. “Are you scared?”, the children ask. “I don’t know you, stop talking!”, you exclaim. “We don’t know you either but we care. Do you care?”, they say as their voices fade in the wind. You start crying so much. It makes your whole body hurting but you don’t stop. You feel a nudge on your shoulder. ” Wake up”, you hear that female voice saying to you.
You feel so confused in your dream but one minute later you open your eyes. It’s your mom trying to wake you up. “Mom, I’m awake”, you tell her and she looks at you surprised. “What happened to you?”, she asks with a caring voice. “Mom, I want to change the world”, you say with tears in your eyes. “Then start by helping me to bring some food to that family across.”, she smiles at you widely. Now you know what she means. Don’t wait for the right moment. Be the one who will make the moment the right one. Start changing the world by being the Change. You are the Change!
Have you ever felt that life will bring all the “bad” things in one day? When you go at work, you have a fight with a coworker and you feel guilty. You are driving back home as your cell phone rings; it’s your dad and he wants you to have dinner with the family on weekend. You just refuse by finding an excuse and again you feel guilty. Before you sleep, all these thoughts are in your head as you keep rolling all over. All these images, the conversations you had, the excuses, the guilt and the biggest question of all “What if I told them otherwise? Did I make the wrong decision?”. Write your thoughts down and actually see how many times you had to use excuses. Do you feel that you are doing the wrong thing or that you are around the wrong people? This pretty much would explain why you are not on the same level of frequencies and why you try to bridge the gap by using all these excuses. You feel bad cos you suppress your needs and if you don’t, you feel guilty again towards yourself.
Human relationships are hard but yet again above all it’s the self respect. If you made a specific decision, it means that at that time it was the best for you. There is no point to analyze the situation too much. You will definitely realize that from every aspect you will feel guilty. Now you may wonder if there is anything to do so as to fix it. How you will stop regretting about most of the things you do? Be real. Be yourself. Get in touch with the knowledge within. If you feel that you made a bad decision, before you start blaming yourself or everyone else, ask yourself why you did. One sentence or one word will be enough to define it. Know your motives and make the necessary changes. Reach out to the people who want to be around you. You will feel who is the right one for you. If you feel yourself and that you don’t need to pretend or find excuses, then it’s when you know that the friend with similar mindset will give you her hand and walk with you!
As much as you are tired today, you have time for one thing and it’s free; just watch the full moon from your window and enjoy the gorgeous view. Full moons always bring specific energies as they awake part of our consciousness and make us at least for one day to change our views for life. How many times have you wished that you could leave everything behind, grab the first plane and go to another country? It’s the lonely nights after a stressful day, after a confusing relationship or it’s just a challenge for you to see how you can change your life after all. You wish you had the strength to say some things but again you feel something making your throat closing. So you just avoid it for the time being. As you lay on the bed, you keep daydreaming, thinking of all these places you could visit or just your favorite destination. The culture, the new people, maybe a new flirt over there and away from all these people whom you don’t like. Leaving all the problems behind as you keep visualizing more vividly this ticket in your hand.
How about trying to use your heart instead of your mind while you see yourself leaving your city? What do you feel? How others will be effected by that? Do you care? Are you scared? Try to set up the scene again. You at the airport holding your ticket tight in your hand, some moments before you get in the plane. Your heart is racing but this time is different. You are not alone. The emotions lead you to a different mindset. Eventually you will have to face everyone now. Remember that you play safe though, it’s just in your mind. If you are 5% hurt for example, now think what it will happen if you do this for real. Maybe you are not sure what it’s gonna happen but at least you have an idea what might happen. There are people out there who really care about you, before you make such a decision. Keep that in mind, yes?
You like it or not, changes are unavoidable in your life but how well you are prepared of them? Root chakra defines your readiness level, how well you have worked on your red / black energies. A friend asks you to travel with him on another country and right away you hesitate. What is it that makes you hold back? You won’t admit that it’s fear since it’s just a trip, right? Though you have to understand that all human beings are afraid of different things according to their experiences. Don’t feel uncomfortable when you realize that you are scared of a thing that maybe someone else doesn’t. Your consciousness and emotional level is different from the people around you, in order to fight the fear you must admit that the fear is there.
Meditation, past life regression and a lot of personal work must be done so as the fear will be eliminated. Don’t expect from one day to another that your root chakra will be healed. Just make sure that you are ready to fight your “demons”, it doesn’t matter if they are big or small. You definitely know that they won’t let you live your life.
