Déjà Vu, Cellular Memory and Reoccuring Dreams

It’s a rainy morning but you have promised to your friend that you will meet him to the cafeteria. While you are getting dressed, you remember that strange dream you had last night. Actually the last months, it keeps repeating itself and the fear that it will come back makes you feel uneasy. You quickly ignore this thought as you take the train and you meet your friend half an hour later. “Your eyes are more sparkly than the stars today. I really missed you”, as he hugs you tight and you say both at the same time ” I missed you more than yesterday.” You both freeze and you stare at each other.

Déjà Vu“, you both say again as an awkward smile on your faces shows up. When you go back home, you are still confused on what happened as flashes from your dream keep coming back. “The further progression of human lifetimes that coexisted on planet Earth was known as reincarnation. It allowed for any given genetic race to live again in a different place and time on Earth; the cycles between soul and body in these processes were and still are governed by the Earth realms known as the Heavens and the Underworld; these realms are where life contracts from the Akashic Records are regulated, recreated, and transformed. With a life contract, a soul can reincarnate in a living consciousness field much like planet Earth in ways that align with the relief of lingering karma.”

Déjà Vu and dreams are the stored information on your cellular memory. When an event – usually traumatic – or intense emotions take place in your life, then you start getting all these memory flashbacks. The more you try to ignore them, the more they will manifest in your dreams. This is one of reasons why people have insomnia. The fear that you will have these intense dreams is getting more real. The fact though that you are scared of them it means that your body is reacting on something that remembers it got harmed by it. It’s like when you had an accident with a bike when you were a kid. Next time you ride a bike, you will have that annoying feeling but usually memories like that, especially the painful ones, are being stored in your memory so as to be difficult to get extracted.

This is how your body reacts especially when karmic issues are up on the surface. Past life regression on a conscious level which will let you revive and remember fully what happened, it’s very important for your emotional health. Meditation techniques also that help your body relax completely and help you remember your past lives is another way to approach this issue. A Smile and a Kiss

It’s morning and you rush for your work, you get in the train and the only thing you see it’s troubled faces, skeptical people and the stressful energies make the air hard to breathe in there. You lower your eyes, shielding yourself with positive energy as you focus on yourself and only. A baby girl starts giggling when her mom tickles them but you see a bunch people raising their heads checking the girl. You can clearly tell that they are so annoyed and an old guy tells the girl to shush. Later on you arrive at work, stressed people there too, you start wondering why no one is smiling. Do people not smile anymore? Is everyone so unhappy? More and more questions pop up, you just shrug and you go back at work.

People forget that happiness won’t just wait for them on the corner. They need though some push to remember that life isn’t only about sadness and suffering. Set the example starting from that train, next time you get in smile to the person who will give you the dirty look cos your energies are positive. Pass the newspaper that you just read to the next person, give them a tissue when they sneeze, just something small that they will make them smile. Blow a kiss to the cute guy who kept staring at you before you leave the train, you will definitely make his day. It doesn’t take much to make someone smile but it takes a bit more to work on happiness!

Free your Mind, free your Soul

You wake up in the morning, getting your breakfast and at the same time checking your blog. It gives you the power to express yourself  in a way you never thought before. The way you can think many times out of the box, the way you can voice your opinion, it makes you feel that you take the world in your hands. Have you ever thought how free your mind is? Have you pushed the limits of yourself yet? It won’t happen from one day to the other but you may feel to some point that there are borders. It’s when you start questioning what happens if you take down the walls of your mind. You are wondering what if there something you don’t want to touch beyond that. So many questions and one big decision. It’s a big challenge and you need to overcome your fears to go past it.

Play some beautiful meditation music, close your eyes and see yourself surrounded by these huge walls. You are in your mind and it’s your reality for now. Inhale deep, hold your breath for 1 min and exhale. Now see a big door on the wall. Open it and whatever you see in front of you, just accept it. Close the door, open your eyes and write down what you saw. Do it daily by keeping a journal on what is happening on the other side of the wall. You will start feeling the difference of your mindset everyday. A small taste of a new world out there. It will be the time when you are ready to break down these walls. It’s when you realize that you stop being normal but get out of the loop of this reality. It feels tempting, right?

 

How simple things in life can bring Happiness.

It’s amazing how nature can be simple yet complicated but beautiful at the same time. The leaves from the trees, the snow on the top of the mountain, how these amazing images can make you smile. When you wake up in the morning and you open the curtains as you see the sunshine. When you get your hair on a simple ponytail, how your face looks so beautiful. When you wear your favorite jeans and a simple white T-shirt, you feel carefree and happy at the same time. Life may be a strive but those simple moments can make it more worthy. You usually don’t pay attention to them but they are there. Do you want to reevaluate these moments and actually see what really makes you happy?

Change all these simple daily things for a week. Don’t drink your morning tea with homemade cookies, don’t call your mom to tell her I love you, don’t do your afternoon walk next to the sea. Instead of that, this week try to have more complicated activities, go for paintball or redecorate your house. Next week go back to your simple favorite activities. Can you see the difference? Can you feel the difference? Now you know how to appreciate these moments, how the make you genuinely smile. Enjoy and be grateful!
